Nakuru, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel Manager.
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled hospitality
professional to lead a prestigious establishment, ensuring exceptional
guest experiences and overseeing all hotel operations. The ideal

Responsibilities:
1. Guest Experience & Satisfaction: Ensure exceptional guest
experiences from check-in to check-out, resolving complaints
promptly.
2. Operations Management: Oversee daily hotel operations across
all departments, ensuring adherence to service standards.
3. Staff Management & Development: Lead recruitment, training, and
performance management of staff to ensure a high-performing
team.
4. Financial Management: Manage the hotel's budget, monitor
financial performance, and implement revenue strategies.
5. Sales & Marketing: Collaborate with marketing teams to drive
business growth and enhance the hotel's brand.
6. Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with all health, safety,
and legal regulations across hotel operations.
7. Strategic Planning: Develop long-term strategies for operational
efficiency and guest satisfaction.
8. Reporting and Communication: Provide regular performance
reports to upper management and communicate policies effectively.
Requirements:
1. A degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel
Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Additional certification in hospitality management, financial
management, or safety compliance is an added advantage.
3. At least 5 years of progressive experience in hotel management
or a similar role, with proven leadership in a luxury 4 /5-star hotel.
4. Strong leadership and people management abilities.
5. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
6. Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and revenue
optimization.
7. Knowledge of hospitality software
8. Familiarity with sales and marketing strategies, especially in
driving room sales and guest loyalty.
9. Understanding of health, safety, and legal compliance within the
hospitality sector.
10. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
11. Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and
holidays.
12. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
