SUPERVISOR (2 POSITIONS)

Responsibilities
Supervise daily construction and fabrication activities.
Allocate work to site teams and monitor productivity.
Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
Enforce safety procedures and permit-to-work systems.
Conduct daily toolbox talks and safety briefings.
Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with project standards.
Coordinate materials, equipment, and manpower requirements.
Inspect completed work before client inspections.
Report daily site progress to project management.
Resolve operational challenges affecting productivity.
Coordinate with engineers, foremen, QA/QC, and HSE teams.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment.
Monitor attendance and discipline of assigned workforce.
Ensure compliance with project schedules and milestones.
Support commissioning and project handover activities.
Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Skills & Requirements
Diploma Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Trade Test Certification preferred.
Minimum 7 years' industrial construction experience.
Minimum 3 years in supervisory role.
Experience in piping and mechanical projects.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings.
Strong knowledge of HSE regulations.
Leadership and team management skills.
Planning and coordination skills.
Computer literacy.
Good reporting skills.
Fluent in English (French is an added advantage).
