Waiters/Waitresses to deliver exceptional dining experiences. The role
involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring
guests receive prompt, courteous, and professional service in line with
hospitality standards.
Responsibilities:
- ✓ Welcome and attend to guests in a friendly and professional
manner.
- ✓ Present menus, take orders, and communicate clearly with the
kitchen and bar.
- ✓ Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately.
- ✓ Ensure tables are clean, well-set, and organized at all times.
- ✓ Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any
concerns.
- ✓ Handle guest requests and complaints professionally.
- ✓ Clear tables and maintain cleanliness of the dining area.
- ✓ Process bills and coordinate with the cashier for payments where
required.
- ✓ Adhere to hygiene, safety, and service standards.
- ✓ Support team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
Requirements:
- ✓ Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality, Food & Beverage Service, or a
related field is an added advantage.
- ✓ Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant setting is preferred.
- ✓ Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
- ✓ Good communication skills in English.
- ✓ Health Certificate
