client-focused Sales & Marketing Executive to grow our brand
presence, drive sales, and support marketing initiatives in the industrial
sector. The successful candidate will engage customers, promote
products, generate leads, support proposal development, and help
expand the company’s client base. This role blends sales execution
with marketing support and offers attractive bonuses based on
performance and targets achieved.
Responsibilities:
- ✓ Generate leads and identify new business opportunities within
assigned territories.
- ✓ Support sales initiatives through client presentations, product
demonstrations, and follow-ups.
- ✓ Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients,
distributors, and channel partners.
- ✓ Prepare sales quotations, proposals, and documentation for
customer accounts.
- ✓ Track and report on sales activities, pipelines, and performance
metrics.
- ✓ Assist with marketing campaigns including digital and offline
promotions.
- ✓ Support creation of marketing collateral, case studies, and
product content.
- ✓ Coordinate with operations and technical teams to ensure
excellent customer service.
- ✓ Follow up on customer inquiries, feedback, and after-sales
support.
Requirements:
- ✓ Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Engineering, or
related discipline.
- ✓ Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales, marketing, or customer-
facing roles; experience in industrial products, engineering, or
manufacturing is a plus.
- ✓ Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- ✓ Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM
tools.
- ✓ Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- ✓ Self-driven with a positive attitude and ability to work
independently.
- ✓ Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
