On behalf of our client, a premium men’s fashion brand specializing in
suits, tuxedos, and formal menswear, we're recruiting a confident, well-
presented, and customer-focused Men’s Suit Shop Attendant / Sales
Consultant. The role is responsible for managing the day-to-day store
operations while delivering a high-end customer experience through
professional styling advice, accurate fittings, effective sales execution,
and strict adherence to stock control and brand standards. The
successful candidate will act as a style advisor and brand ambassador,
driving sales while upholding Zannetti’s premium image.
Responsibilities:
- ✓ Welcome, attend to, and engage clients professionally at all times.
- ✓ Advise customers on suit selection, fit, sizing, and appropriate
styles for various occasions.
- ✓ Take and interpret basic body measurements to support accurate
fittings.
- ✓ Coordinate fittings and alterations with the tailor to ensure
customer satisfaction.
- ✓ Maintain a clean, elegant, and well-organized store environment.
- ✓ Handle high-value stock responsibly and adhere to all stock
control procedures.
- ✓ Accurately record sales transactions and follow company sales
and cash-handling guidelines.
- ✓ Upsell and cross-sell products professionally without being
pushy.
- ✓ Represent the Zannetti brand with confidence, class, and
professionalism at all times.
Requirements:
- ✓ Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a
related field.
- ✓ Good spoken and written English communication skills.
- ✓ Customer-focused, disciplined, and trainable.
- ✓ Honest, reliable, and responsible.
- ✓ Knowledge of men’s fashion, tailoring, fittings, or garment
measurements is an added advantage.
- ✓ Previous experience selling suits, formal wear, or luxury retail
products is an added advantage.
