On behalf of our client, we're seeking to recruit a highly
organized,
discreet, and proactive Personal Assistant to the Director to provide
comprehensive executive support across a diversified group
operating
in hospitality, fashion, sports, and lifestyle sectors. The role is
responsible for managing the Director’s schedule, correspondence,
meetings, and follow-ups, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations,
effective communication, and confidentiality, while enabling the
Director to focus on strategic leadership and business growth.
Responsibilities:
- ✓ Manage and maintain the Director’s calendar,
appointments, and
travel arrangements.
- ✓ Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and track
action points.
- ✓ Handle and prioritize all incoming correspondence, calls, and
emails.
- ✓ Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing documents as
required.
- ✓ Act as the primary point of contact between the Director and
internal and external stakeholders.
- ✓ Ensure timely follow-up on tasks, decisions, and commitments.
- ✓ Maintain confidential records, files, and sensitive information
securely.
- ✓ Support coordination of projects, events, and key business
engagements.
- ✓ Assist in organizing board, management, and client meetings.
- ✓ Liaise with operations, finance, and business development teams
on behalf of the Director.
- ✓ Manage office administration tasks and support smooth
executive operations.
- ✓ Perform any other duties assigned to support the Director’s
effectiveness.
Requirements:
- ✓ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office
Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- ✓ Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant or
Executive Assistant to senior management.
- ✓ Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking
skills.
- ✓ Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- ✓ High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- ✓ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office productivity tools.
- ✓ Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
- ✓ Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with senior
stakeholders.
- ✓ Proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused mindset.
