On behalf of our client, we're seeking to recruit a highly organized, discreet, and proactive Personal Assistant to the Director to provide comprehensive executive support across a diversified group operating in hospitality, fashion, sports, and lifestyle sectors. The role is responsible for managing the Director’s schedule, correspondence, meetings, and follow-ups, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, effective communication, and confidentiality, while enabling the Director to focus on strategic leadership and business growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain the Director’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.   
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and track action points.   
  • Handle and prioritize all incoming correspondence, calls, and emails.   
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing documents as required.   
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the Director and internal and external stakeholders.   
  • Ensure timely follow-up on tasks, decisions, and commitments.   
  • Maintain confidential records, files, and sensitive information securely.   
  • Support coordination of projects, events, and key business engagements.   
  • Assist in organizing board, management, and client meetings.   
  • Liaise with operations, finance, and business development teams on behalf of the Director.   
  • Manage office administration tasks and support smooth executive operations.   
  • Perform any other duties assigned to support the Director’s effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Communications, or a related field.   
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant to senior management.   
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.   
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.   
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.   
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office productivity tools.   
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.   
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with senior stakeholders.   
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused mindset.
