Nakuru, we are seeking an experienced and personable Hotel
Receptionist. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional who

satisfaction, and providing a welcoming experience at the front desk.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality,
excellent communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining the
hotel’s reputation for exceptional service and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Diploma/Degree in Hotel and Hospitality Management
Minimum of 2 Years of Experience in a 3-5 star
Always exhibit teamwork and cooperation with colleagues.
You are bound to observe rules & regulations of the hotel.
Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and
holidays.
Ability to stand for extended periods.
May be required to work in shifts, including overnight shifts.
You are to carry out any instructions from your supervisor, or manager
Requirements:
Greet guests, handle check-in/out
Resolve complaints, provide information
Manage reservations, update records
Coordinate room readiness with teams
Organize front desk, handle payments
Complete daily financial reports
Liaise with departments, ensure smooth shifts
Relay key info to staff, guests
Control access, follow safety protocols
Report incidents to management
Build guest rapport, handle feedback
Promote hotel services and amenities
